We are now offering our pasture fed, slow reared meat in limited availability meat boxes for home cooking. These boxes will be first come first served, and will be available for collection from the Madresfield Estate, or local delivery during the first two weeks of March. The beef is currently being hung for perfect ageing to the meat to ensure optimum flavour. Limited availability so grab one before they sell out. Our beef cattle are old English traditional breeds – Sussex, Hereford and Longhorn – breeds which grow slowly and are well suited to a purely pasture-fed routine. Our pigs spend time rooting in the woods, living as free and as natural a life as possible.

All meat boxes are sold frozen, and all products are frozen immediately at the point of cutting to ensure maximum freshness of the product.
